Commissioner Omar Quintanilla District 3 takes us to Las Palmas Community Center to discuss the McAllen Parks and Recreation activities available for the entire family, plus, events for Senior Citizens. With McAllen opening all city parks and facilities, there’s much that’s going on. He also addressed improvements to the park area around Las Palmas Community Center.
